Where We Travel

We're based at 525 Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach, and that's where most of our calls start and end. From there we run out to Westgate, Riviera Beach, and Lake Park, all about four to five miles away, and just as often to Palm Beach Shores, Palm Beach, and North Palm Beach within six to seven miles. We also take calls from Royal Palm Beach, Palm Springs, Greenacres, and Loxahatchee Groves, each seven to nine miles out, and from Lake Worth Beach, Juno Beach, and Atlantis around the ten-mile mark. Further out we still cover Westlake, Wellington, Lantana, Manalapan, Tequesta, Ocean Ridge, Golf, and Jupiter Island, which sits at the edge of our range about twenty miles northeast. If you're not sure whether your address falls inside that radius, call and ask - it's a quick answer, not a sales pitch. We don't quote jobs sight unseen over a wide service map; we tell you plainly if a street is outside where we can get a truck same-day.

How to Reach Us

The fastest way to reach us is by phone: 561-407-0796. Calling gets you a real person who can ask the right questions - what the door is doing, what kind of opener you have, whether a spring looks snapped or just worn - and get a truck routed toward you. Our address is 525 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, if you'd rather stop in or need to know where a tech is dispatching from. We don't currently run online booking or live chat, so the phone line is the one number that works. If you reach voicemail, leave the make of your opener and a callback number; it saves a round of phone tag once someone calls back.

Work We Turn Down

A lot of the housing around West Palm Beach went up between the 1960s and 1970s, with the broader stock across the area spanning 1965 to 2021. That means we see a steady run of original torsion springs and dated opener units that are past the point of being worth patching - on those, we'll tell you straight that replacement costs less over time than another repair visit. We also don't take on jobs where the opening itself needs structural work; that's a contractor's job, not ours, and we won't pretend otherwise just to keep a call on the books. The mild, humid coastal climate here is kind to wood framing compared to freeze-thaw regions, but it's rough on unprotected steel hardware, and we won't install bare components that we know will rust out fast in this air. If a door's track is bent beyond pulling straight, we'll say so instead of charging for an adjustment that won't hold.

Questions

Frequently asked

Straight answers about garage door repair in West Palm Beach. Still unsure? Ask us directly.

How old does a garage door have to be before replacement makes more sense than repair?

It depends on what's failing and how often. If a door from the 1970s or 80s is on its second or third spring and the opener's also failing, replacement usually costs less over time than repeated repairs on worn-out hardware. A single broken spring on an otherwise sound door is almost always worth fixing instead.

Do you work outside West Palm Beach proper?

Yes, the service area extends out to places like Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Greenacres, and Lake Worth Beach, among other nearby communities. Drive distance affects scheduling more than pricing, so just tell us where you are when you call.

Why did my spring break with no warning?

Torsion springs are rated for a set number of open-close cycles, and once they hit that number they can go at any time, often with a loud bang. Age, humidity, and how many times a day the door's used all factor into when that happens, which is why two houses built the same year can have very different spring lifespans.

Can you get parts for an older opener model?

Often yes, since a lot of houses here were built in the 1960s and 70s and still run original or older-generation hardware. Some less common models do need a part ordered rather than pulled off the truck, and we'll tell you that before we promise a same-day fix.
