Where We Travel
We're based on Okeechobee Blvd in West Palm Beach
And most of our calls come from houses built between 1965 and 2021, with the bulk of that stock going up in the 1960s and 70s. That matters because older torsion setups and single-layer steel doors need different parts than what you'll find on a house built in the last decade, and we carry both.
Our territory runs out from West Palm Beach into the closer towns
Westgate and Riviera Beach are about 4 miles out, Lake Park sits around 5, Palm Beach Shores and Palm Beach itself are roughly 6. We also run out to North Palm Beach and Royal Palm Beach at about 7 miles, and we'll take jobs as far as Wellington and Atlantis at 10 to 11 miles when the schedule allows.

Farther out - Lantana, Manalapan, Tequesta, Ocean Ridge, Golf, and Jupiter Island
We still go, but those are longer drives, 12 to 20 miles, so same-day isn't always possible. If you're calling from one of those towns, say so up front and we'll tell you honestly what the day looks like instead of promising something we can't deliver.

How to Reach Us
Call us at (561) 407-0796. We're at 525 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, which puts us central enough to reach most of the service area - from just 2 miles to the WNW out to the farther coastal towns - without a long drive eating into the appointment window.
The mild, temperate climate here means we don't deal with the frozen-track calls that garages up north get in January, but humidity and salt air are their own problem for hardware, especially closer to the water in places like Palm Beach Shores or Ocean Ridge. If your rollers or hinges look rusted even though the door's only a few years old, that's often why.
Phone is the fastest way to get a real answer about timing. We'd rather tell you straight whether we can get there today than have you wait on a form submission.
Work We Turn Down
We work on garage doors - springs, openers, tracks, panels, rollers, cables, and full door replacements. We don't do general handyman work, fencing, or gate automation, even though some callers lump those in with garage door service.
We also won't patch a door that's past patching. If the household income and housing data for this area tell us anything, it's that a lot of homeowners here own houses built decades ago with doors that have outlived their hardware - in those cases, we'll say plainly when a repair is throwing good money at a door that should be replaced instead. Stretching a $40 roller fix into a stopgap on a door whose track is bent beyond square isn't a favor to anyone.
Parts for older torsion systems from the 1960s and 70s stock common in this area sometimes take longer to source than a same-day call allows - we'll tell you that up front rather than quote a timeline we can't hit. If a job falls outside garage doors entirely, we'll say so instead of taking the call anyway.
